Terms and conditions

1. Service description

TVHammer provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic programme guide data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription. By using the service at tvhammer.com you agree to be bound by these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account registration

• You must supply accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your Australian state or territory, to hold an account.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscription plans and payment

TVHammer offers subscription terms of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for every plan are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout.

• All prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely. TVHammer does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless expressly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated, because the service grants immediate access to digital content. Limited exceptions apply:

• A verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours attributable to our infrastructure, for which a pro-rata credit may be issued.
• A confirmed duplicate charge, which is refunded in full.

Requests must be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event. The complete position is set out in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
• Broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content delivered through the service.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, content protection or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the service.
• Use the service in any manner that breaches Australian law or the law of another applicable jurisdiction.
• Access content from a region where such access is prohibited.

Breach of these provisions results in immediate termination without refund. If you wish to distribute the service commercially, the correct route is our reseller program.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming across multiple devices is not permitted. The service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application, and TVHammer does not provide support for third-party applications.

7. Service availability

TVHammer targets 99.9% uptime and measures it continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance announced in advance where possible, unplanned technical faults, disruption at a third-party content provider, or force majeure events. TVHammer is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including faults on your own NBN or mobile broadband connection.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the service — live channels, video on demand, broadcaster marks and guide data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. TVHammer claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

The TVHammer name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TVHAMMER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Victoria. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be published at tvhammer.com/terms.html with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
